Guntur Kaaram Overseas Review: Amid sky-high expectations and mass frenzy, superstar Mahesh Babu's latest family action drama titled Guntur Kaaram hit the screens worldwide. The movie written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas came to the box office during the epic Sankranti season as the first biggest release of Tollywood in 2024. Fans are celebrating the come back of Mahesh Babu on the big screen with great enthusiasm. However, after the initial euphoria around Mahesh Babu's fandom settled, a section of fans are raising concerns over the lack of story and are terming the movie 'soul-less.' Mixed responses are increasing for this Trivikram's directorial, which has many aspects that didn't work well apart from Mahesh Babu's charm and performance.

Mahesh Babu is undoubtedly the only superstar who wields his magic wand and mints money by doing regional films. The film's trailer also became the top-viewed theatrical trailer of the entire South Indian films. The movie is definitely going to set some massive records but fans have complaints. There is a slight comedy in the movie and it doesn't feel like a Trivikram's celluloid due to lack of his tight writing and dialogues.

Guntur Kaaram is the story of an estranged son and his troubled relationship with his mother. Set in the city of Guntur, the protagonist plays the rugged and unruly underworld king. He falls in love with the antagonist's daughter and has so many issues to settle to arrive at a happy ending.
