Kanguva X (Telugu) Review: Suriya's Awaited Period Actioner Hits Screens Amid Hype; Netizens Share Opinions

Kanguva Telugu X Review: The highly-anticipated period action thriller of Suriya, directed by Siruthai Siva titled Kanguva, hit the big screens worldwide on a large scale on November 14. The fans of the actor are kicked about the movie which assured to showcase Suriya in all his might and gallantry.

Suriya played his career's most challenging role and will be seen in different avatars in this epic action drama that was released amid a scarcity of theatres across India and an ego clash between theatre owners and distributors.

With the movie postponed to November 14 from October 10, the release of Kanguva was not as planned. Many theatres have not opened bookings for the movie, upsetting the fans and the filmmakers. In metro cities, the popular theatre chains did not show any open shows for viewers to enjoy this technically and visually sound film.

Kanguva's Premise
Kanguva is the story of a warrior who lived in 1678. In today's world, a girl is actively researching the disease that killed the warrior of the 16th century. Suriya will be seen in five different roles- Arathar, Venkaater, Mandaankar, Mukaatar, and Perumanathar. This action drama is written by Adi Narayana and directed by Siva.

Francis (Suriya) is a bounty hunter, and his ex-girlfriend played by Disha Patani is his competition. When Francis meets a boy in Goa, he remembers his relationship with the boy from his previous life. The movie then dates back to the period of a mighty warrior Kanguva. Who is Kanguva?
