The Bollywood movie Barfi! (2012) is not an official remake of any Korean drama, but it is often said to be inspired by multiple films, including the Korean movie "Oasis" (2002) and Hollywood films like The Notebook (2004) and Charlie Chaplin’s City Lights (1931).
