Sudhi was known for his comedic performances in a number of television shows and additionally starred in a few films. He gained widespread audience approval after joining the Star Magic programme, and due to his notoriety and his talent, he was given the chance to appear in the Kanthari movie in 2015. He received praise for his performances in the films Kattappanayile Hrithik Roshan and Keshu Ee Veedinte Nadhan.

Kollam Sudhi, a film and television celebrity, travelled with Ullas Aroor, Binu Adimali, and Mahesh. He tragically passed away instantly, and the other three suffered serious injuries when their car collided with a truck in Kaipamangalam, Thrissur.

On June 5 at 4.30 p.m., Sudhi and his team of four were returning from Vatakara after finishing a stage performance when suddenly their car crashed with a pickup truck at Kaipamangalam.
