Dhurandhar is a high-stakes Indian spy thriller inspired by real-life events like the IC-814 hijacking and the 2001 Parliament attack. The story follows Jaskirat (Ranveer Singh), a young man from Punjab, who is trained as an undercover agent and sent to Karachi as Hamza Ali Mazari to infiltrate gangster Rehman Dakait’s (Akshaye Khanna) network. Hamza secretly works to dismantle terror operations while facing threats from an ISI agent and a corrupt police officer. Believing himself betrayed, he eliminates Dakait, takes control of the gang, and prevents a large-scale chemical attack on India. The film ends hinting that Hamza is still alive, setting up a sequel in March 2026.
