Ekaki is a supernatural horror-comedy that marks the directorial debut of popular Indian YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani. Released on his ACV Studios YouTube channel, the series blends horror, sci-fi, and thriller elements as it follows seven friends whose getaway to a haunted bungalow once a mental asylum, turns into a terrifying experience filled with strange and paranormal events.
In Ekaki, the story revolves around seven friends trapped in supernatural chaos at Ekaki Villa. Ashish Chanchlani plays Kartik, the group’s leader, alongside Akash Dodeja as Aryan, Harsh Rane as Karan, Sidhant Sarfare as Tanni, Rohit Sadhwani as Akash (Jagu), Shashank Shekhar as Jashu, and Grishim Nawani as Pinku. The series also features special appearances by filmmaker Rohit Shetty and veteran actor Upendra Limaye as Inspector Sangam. Directed and co-written by Ashish Chanchlani (with Grishim Nawani), the show is produced by Ashish and Kunal Chhabhria, with Jashan Sirwani as executive producer.

At first, they face scary paranormal events like strange sounds and shadows. But later, they discover that these incidents are not caused by ghosts, but by aliens. As the story moves forward, the danger increases, and in the final chapter released on 25 February 2026, the friends face an alien invasion and finally learn the truth behind the mystery.
