From Naveen Kasturia to Jatin Goswami: Meet the Returning and New Cast of Aspirants Season 3

Aspirants Season 3 is set to premiere on March 13, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video. Directed by Deepesh Sumitra Jagdish, the new season moves beyond the Mukherjee Nagar preparation days and focuses on the characters now holding influential positions. The story centers on DM Abhilash Sharma facing an official inquiry after corruption allegations by Sandeep Ohlan, while the narrative also explores themes like the Hindi vs. English medium divide and how power begins to reshape old friendships.

In Aspirants, Naveen Kasturia portrays Abhilash Sharma in two timelines. In the 2021 storyline, he is shown as a dedicated yet often confused UPSC aspirant navigating exam pressure and frequent clashes with his friends Guri and SK. In the present-day timeline, Abhilash evolves into an IAS officer serving as the District Magistrate of Rampur, where he faces the complexities of power, responsibility, and personal guilt. 

In Aspirants, Shivankit Singh Parihar reprises his role as Guri, Abhilash’s close friend who has been part of the story since 2021 and remains crucial as friendships and ambitions face new challenges in Season 3. Meanwhile, Namita Dubey plays Dhairya, whose character adds an emotional layer to the narrative through her romantic connection with Abhilash and her involvement in the personal struggles of UPSC aspirants.

In Aspirants, Abhilash Thapliyal plays Shwetketu Jha, fondly known as SK Sir, one of the trio of friends who later becomes a successful UPSC coach in Old Rajinder Nagar. Meanwhile, Sunny Hinduja portrays Sandeep Singh Ohlan, popularly called Sandeep Bhaiya, a respected mentor figure whose journey reflects the perseverance and struggles faced by long-term UPSC aspirants.

In Aspirants Season 3, Tengam Celine returns as Deepa, a close friend of Abhilash Sharma who, in the new season, sees their long-standing friendship gradually turn into love. Meanwhile, Jatin Goswami joins the cast as a District Magistrate from another district, bringing a past rivalry with Abhilash that adds a fresh layer of conflict to the story.
