Mukesh Gowda as Rishendra Bhushan, also known as Rishi, who serves as the Managing Director and Mathematics Professor at DBST College. He is Jagathi and Mahendra's son, as well as Phanindra and Devyani's nephew and foster son. Rishi is Vasu's professor, mentor, employer, love interest, and eventually becomes her husband. He is also related to Ravindra and Suhasini and is the cousin of Shailendra, Anju, and Sanju. Rishi is Gautam's and Angel's best friend and is Dharani's brother-in-law.

Raksha Gowda as Vasudhara Rishendra Bhushan, or Vasu, who is Rishi's student, mentee, employee, love interest, and later becomes his wife. She was previously a student of Jagathi and Mahendra and is Chakrapani and Sumitra's youngest daughter, as well as Vandana and Madhavi's younger sister.

Sai Kiran as Mahendra Bhushan, Rishi's father, who is also a board member at DBST College. He is Jagathi's widower and Vasudhara's father-in-law. Mahendra is also Anupama's best friend and the uncle of Shailendra, Anju, and Sanju.

Jyothi Rai as Jagathi Mahendra Bhushan, Rishi's mother and a Mathematics professor at DBST College. She was Vasu's former professor and mother-in-law and Mahendra's late wife. Jagathi is also the aunt of Shailendra, Anju, and Sanju. (Deceased)

Madhavi Vootla appears as Devayani Phanindra Bhushan, Rishi's aunt and foster mother. She is the matriarch of the Bhushan family, Phanindra's wife, and the sister-in-law of Mahindra and Ravindra. Devayani is also Shailendra's mother and Dharani's mother-in-law.

Nava Bharath Balaji as Phanindra Bhushan, Rishi's uncle and the patriarch of the Bhushan family. He is married to Devayani and is the elder brother of Mahendra and Ravindra. Phanindra is also the father of Shailendra and the father-in-law of Dharani.

Jyothi Poornima takes on the role of Dharani Shailendra Bhushan, Rishi's sister-in-law and Shailendra's wife. She is the daughter-in-law of Devayani and Phanindra. (2020-2022)

Chandra Lakshman appears as Anupama, a mutual friend of Mahindra and Jagathi, and Mahindra's love interest.
