Kushal Tanwar aka Gullu Wins Roadies 20: What He Took Home Will Leave You Surprised

The grand finale of Roadies Double Cross (Roadies XX) aired on MTV this Sunday, bringing the thrilling season to a close. Kushal Tanwar, popularly known as Gullu from Elvish Yadav’s gang, was crowned the winner. Hartaaj Singh Gill from Prince Narula’s gang finished as the first runner-up. Elvish Yadav took to Instagram to express how “overwhelmed” he felt by the victory. The finale saw a fierce showdown between Gullu and Hartaaj, with Hartaaj completing the task in 1 minute 48 seconds, but Gullu clinched the win with an impressive 1 minute 16 seconds.

Gullu started his Roadies Double Cross journey with Elvish Yadav’s gang but was eliminated early in the season. He later made a comeback as a wildcard through an auction round, where Gautam Gulati used the highest number of wins to bring him into his team. However, after winning the ticket to the finale, Gullu was given the chance to double-cross his gang leader — and he chose to return to Elvish’s gang, leaving Gautam disappointed. At that moment, he also had the option to join the gangs of Rhea Chakraborty, Prince Narula, or Neha Dhupia.

After winning Roadies Double Cross (Roadies 20), Kushal Tanwar, popularly known as Gullu, walked away with an impressive set of rewards. Along with the prestigious winner’s title, he bagged a cash prize of ₹10 lakh and a brand-new Hero Karizma XMR motorcycle. His victory also earned him the bragging rights of conquering one of the most intense and unpredictable seasons in Roadies history.

After the win, Elvish Yadav shared his excitement, saying, “Gullu and I shared a special bond — he was the first Roadie I picked for my gang. And today, I’m standing here with him as the winner. Very happy. Super happy.” This season also marked a milestone for Elvish, as it was his first time serving as a gang leader after winning Bigg Boss OTT 2.
