Before become an actress, Aishwarya was a doctor. After completing her higher secondary she earned a bachelor's degree in MBBS from  Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences in Ernakulam. But later, she turned into the modelling career. 

The actress has became a  huge sensation after her stellar performances in the film 'Ponniyin Selvan '. She is one of the lead actresses in the industry, who has huge fan-followers in Tamil and Malayalam film industry. The actress has a net worth of around 1.5 million as per reports. 

Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi made her debut in the Tamil cinema ‘Jagame Thandhiram’ starring alongside Dhanush as the female lead. According to reports, the actress pocketed Rs 1.5 crore as fees for her role in ''Ponniyin Selven-2'.

Apart from being an actress, Aishwarya Lekshmi is a automobile enthusiast.  Especially, she is a car lover and she has accepted this during many of the interviews and TV shows. Recently she bought her dream car 'Mercedes Benz GLC 220D' which costs Rs 70 lakh.
