Manushi Chhillar Joins Rajkummar Rao in Maalik: Must-Watch Performances of Miss World 2017

Maalik is an upcoming Gangster drama movie directed by Pulkit, featuring Rajkummar Rao and Manushi Chhillar in lead roles. The film also stars an extensive supporting cast, including Medha Shankr, Huma Qureshi, Rishi Raj Bhasin, Anil Jhamajham, Shweta R Shrivastava, and many more. Maalik is produced by Jay Shewakramani, Kumar Taurani under Tips Films banner and  Northern Lights Films banner and written by Jyotsana Nath and Pulkit. Maalik movie is all set to hit theaters on 11th July.

In Samrat Prithviraj (2022), Manushi Chhillar made her Bollywood debut as Princess Sanyogita, the brave and graceful wife of Prithviraj Chauhan, played by Akshay Kumar. She brought elegance and dignity to the role, portraying Sanyogita's strength and devotion with confidence in her first-ever film performance.

In The Great Indian Family (2023), Manushi Chhillar plays Jasmeet Kaur Randhawa, a strong yet understated character who supports Vicky Kaushal’s lead role. Though her screen time is limited—just a few scenes and two songs—she brings grace and poise to the role . Critics noted that while the film received mixed reviews, her performance, though modest in scope, was noted for its charm and dignity amidst a heavier family drama .

In Operation Valentine (2024), Manushi Chhillar plays Wing Commander Aahna “Eva” Gill, an Indian Air Force radar officer whose role is both pivotal and well-defined. This marks her debut in Telugu cinema, as the film was shot in both Hindi and Telugu.

In Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Manushi Chhillar plays Captain Misha, a character who is part of the film's high-octane action sequence. The film also stars Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Alaya F, Sonakshi Sinha and many more. Chhillar learned MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) for her role, even crying during the initial training. 

Maalik 

Manushi joins forces with Rajkummar Rao in Maalik, a thriller/drama (details under wraps). Her role promises to be substantial and pivotal, marking a significant addition to her expanding filmography.

Tehran

Set against the backdrop of Iran’s capital, Tehran is an intriguing project in which Manushi is expected to take on a lead role. Though plot specifics are still under wraps, the film hints at an international setting and a bold, character-driven narrative.
