Param Sundari stars Janhvi Kapoor as Sundari and Sidharth Malhotra as Param, leading a charming romantic comedy filled with cultural clashes and heartfelt moments. The film also starred Renji Panicker, Sanjay Kapoor, Siddhartha Shankar, Majot Singh, Abhishek Banerjee and Inayat Verma in supporting roles. The film is directed by Tushar Jalota, it is backed by Dinesh Vijan under the banner of Maddock Films.

Param Sundari tells the story of Param (Sidharth Malhotra), a rich Delhi boy, and Sundari (Janhvi Kapoor), a lively girl from Kerala. They meet through an AI matchmaking app, and their bond slowly turns into love. As they face cultural differences and funny misunderstandings, the film shows how love grows when two very different people try to understand each other.
Param Sundari (2025), starring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, earned an approximate worldwide gross of ₹89.10 crore, with ₹64.50 crore gross and ₹54.66 crore net from India, and ₹24.60 crore from overseas markets. Despite these collections, the romantic comedy was termed a commercial failure as it fell short of fully recovering its reported ₹60 crore budget. The film’s trailer was released in June 2025, offering a peek into its blend of romance, humor, and cultural contrasts, while its theatrical release originally planned for July 25, 2025 was eventually postponed to August 29, 2025.
