Queen Elizabeth : Five Interesting Facts About Meera Jasmine's Upcoming Family Drama

Helmed by M.Padmakumar, the film 'Queen Elizabeth' marks his first collaboration with actress Meera Jasmine. Padmakumar, who stepped into the film industry as an assistant director later he made his directorial debut in 2003 with 'Ammakkilkkoodu'.  He directed Mammootty starrer movie 'Mamangam' has achieved a big feat by entering prestigious Rs 100 crores club in 2019. 

Touted to be a family entertainer  the film features Actor Narian and Meera Jasmine in the lead role. As per the reports, the film will convey a message to audience in the society. Written  by Arjun T Sathyan, the film also marks the second debut movie of actress Meera Jasmine after her great comeback to the industry. 

Actress Meera Jasmine and Narain had shared screen together in the 2005 film 'Achuvintea Amma'. Directed by Sathyan Anthikad, the film was released in theaters in 2005 and had received good responses from audience and critics. 'Queen Elizabeth' will marks the second collaboration of popular stars after a gap of eighteen years. 

Apart from Meera Jasmine and Narain, the film also features actors Swetha Menon, V.K.Prakash, Jude Anthany Joseph, Mallika Sukumaran ,Shyama Prasad, Johnny Antony, Mallika Sukumaran, Arya Badai Bungalow  in the key roles. 

According to reports, the film shooting had started on 19th April 2023 in Kochi. The first look poster of the movie revealed by actress Meera Jasmine on her Instagram account, had gained the attention of her fans and followers. As per the reports, the film will hit the theaters in July 2023.
