Raghav Chadha was born to Sunil Chadha and Alka Chadha in Delhi. He completed his school education from Modern School Barakhamba Road New Delhi. Later he earned a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University. After completing graduation, he moved to London to pursue chartered accounting from London School Of Economics.

Later he joined in the political party 'Aam Aadmi Party' with the support of Arvind Kejriwal. He then appointed as a AAP Punjab co-in-charge for the Punjab Legislative Assembly election in 2020.
