'RDX', '2018' And More; Here Is List Of The Fastest 50 Crore Malayalam Films

The multi-starter RDX: Robert Doney Xavier' broke several records at the box-office. Directed by Nihas Hidayath, the film entered the 50-crore club after one week of its big release. The film hit the theaters on August 25, 2023, as an Onam release and earned Rs 1 crore on its first day. According to the latest reports, the film surpassed the box-office collection of Dulquer Salamaan's 'King Of Kotha'.

Tovino Thomas 's latest release '2018' has entered the Rs 50 crore club worldwide in just 7 days. Directed by Jude Anthony Joseph, it also starred Asif Ali, Kunchako Boban, Aparna Balamurali, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Indrans in the lead roles. Talking about its box-office performance,'2018 'breaks the records of box-office and emerged as one of the highest-grossing movies ever made in Malayalam .

Dulquer Salmaan's fugutive thriller drama 'Kurup took a bumper opening at the box office. According to the reports, the film took 5 days to enter the 50 crore club. 'Kurup' that was made on a budget of Rs 35 crore and had collected Rs 17.35 crore in domestic and Rs 21 crore global box-office.

Megastar Mammootty's Bheeshma Parvam earned Rs 50 crore in five days. Featuring Mammootty's in the lead role, the film was directed and produced by Amal Neerad. It was released in March 2022 in theatres and is now streaming on Disney + Hotstar.
