The couple legally registered their marriage under the Special Marriage Act at his Pali Hill residence in Bandra, Mumbai, around 12:45 PM. The private gathering was attended by nearly 150 close friends and family members, including Aamir’s children, Junaid, Ira, and Azad, along with Gauri’s young son, and notable guests like Ashutosh Gowariker, Vir Das, and Irfan Pathan. 

Gauri Spratt is a successful Indian beauty entrepreneur, fashion stylist, and business director who came into the spotlight after marrying Aamir Khan. The couple officially tied the knot on July 5, 2026, in an intimate ceremony, registering their marriage under the Special Marriage Act at Aamir Khan’s residence in Bandra, Mumbai. 

Born on August 21, 1978, in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Gauri Spratt is 47 years old and comes from a diverse multicultural background. Her father, Robert Spratt, is of Tamil-British descent, while her mother, Rita Spratt, has Punjabi-Irish roots, and she is also the granddaughter of Philip Spratt, a British-born writer who actively participated in India’s freedom struggle. She studied at the Blue Mountain School in Ooty before moving to London, where she completed a Foundation Degree in Fashion Styling and Photography from the University of the Arts London in 2004. 

Gauri Spratt began her career in garment designing and fabric sourcing in Bengaluru before stepping into the beauty industry. Inspired by her mother’s salon business, she co-founded Spratt Hair Studio with her sister, which was later acquired by the premium brand BBlunt, where she went on to become a partner, co-owner, and director in 2007, managing key operations and a Mumbai outlet. She also runs her investment firm, Beyond The Crowd Ventures LLP, and works behind the scenes with Aamir Khan Productions on creative projects. With successful ventures across fashion, beauty, and entertainment, along with real estate assets, her estimated net worth is believed to be between ₹24 crore and ₹40 crore. 

Gauri Spratt was previously married to actor and model Kunal Spratt, with whom she shared a high-profile presence in social circles, often attending fashion and lifestyle events together during their nearly decade-long relationship. From her first marriage, Gauri has a son, Quinn Spratt, who was born in 2019 and is currently six years old.
