Zoya Afroz, the Indian actress and Miss India International titleholder, is steadily gaining popularity, with her official Instagram handle @zoyaafroz seeing growing attention day by day. As of January 2026, she is in the spotlight for her role in the Netflix series Taskaree: The Smuggler’s Web, which premiered on January 14, 2026, and she has been actively promoting the show alongside her co-star Emraan Hashmi.

Zoya Afroz’s confidence went beyond acting when she entered the world of beauty pageants at 18, winning Femina Miss Indore 2013 and gaining wider recognition. She later achieved a major milestone by being crowned Miss India International 2021 at the Glamanand Supermodel India contest, earning the chance to represent India at Miss International 2022 in Japan and proving her poise and global appeal.

Zoya Afroz was born on January 10, 1994, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, to Shadaab and Saleha Afroz, and hails from Gorakhpur. She began her journey in the entertainment industry at the age of just three, appearing in films, television, and commercials while most children were still in their early learning years. Despite starting young, she maintained a strong focus on education, studying at R. N. Shah High School in Mumbai and later completing her Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College, Vile Parle, reflecting the discipline and balance that continue to shape her career.

In the series Taskaree: The Smuggler’s Web, Zoya Afroz played the role of Priya, a performance that turned her into an internet sensation. Her on-screen chemistry with Emraan Hashmi was widely praised and became one of the most talked-about aspects of the series.

Zoya is an Indian actress and model who began her career as a child artist and gained early recognition with her role in the family drama Hum Saath-Saath Hain (1999).
