Gadar 2 Collection Day 16 Prediction: The highly anticipated follow-up film of Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Gadar 2, has made a powerful impact on the domestic box office.
The movie's captivating storyline, coupled with the stellar performances of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel, has struck a chord with viewers, leading it to achieve remarkable levels of success. The film smashed several records, becoming the second-biggest-earning film of 2023.
Gadar 2 recently entered the Rs 400 crore club in India and is now inching towards crossing the Rs 500 crore mark. As it entered its third week, the film witnessed a drop in its collection. However, it is able to maintain a strong grip in theatres.

Gadar made a staggering collection on its opening day, August 11, by raking in Rs 40 crore. On day 15, it made Rs 6.70 crore nett in India. By its first week, it had Rs 284.63 crore. Gadar 2's highest single-day collection of Rs 55.4 crore came on Independence Day.
The film's collection went below 10 crore for the first time on Thursday.

According to trade website Sacnilk.com, Gadar 2 may earn Rs 12 crore net on its sixteenth day, taking its overall collection to Rs 438.20 cr. It will have a total of 14.71% Hindi occupancy on Saturday, August 26, 2023. Its global collection will stand at Rs. 555 million.
About Gadar 2
Directed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 features the original cast of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel reprising their iconic roles of Tara Singh and Sakeena. Child actor Utkarsh Sharma, who is all grown up now, is seen playing their son, Charanjeet Singh.
Besides them, the film also stars Gaurav Chopra, Manish Wadhwa, Manoj Bakshi, Simrat Kaur, Luv Sinha, Rohit Chaudhary, and Rakesh Bedi.
In the sequel, Tara Singh crosses the border to rescue his son, who has been captured by the Pakistan army. The story is set during the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
