Siddharth
Anand's
Fighter
has
been
one
of
the
biggest
releases
of
2024
so
far
and
for
all
the
right
reasons.
The
aerial
action
drama
boasts
an
interesting
ensemble
of
cast
including
Hrithik
Roshan,
Deepika
Padukone,
Akshaye
Oberoi,
Karan
Singh
Grover
and
Anil
Kapoor.
Besides,
it
also
marks
Hrithik
and
Deepika's
first
collaboration
which
has
got
the
fans
excited.
And
while
Fighter
was
released
amid
substantial
buzz,
it
opened
to
decent
reviews
and
opened
with
a
box
office
collection
of
Rs
22.5
crores.
The
movie
witnessed
an
interesting
opening
weekend,
however,
it
was
seen
struggling
during
the
weekdays.
And
now
that
Fighter
is
set
to
wrap
its
third
week,
it
is
seen
holding
a
steady
ground
at
the
box
office
According
to
a
report
published
in
Sacnilk,
Fighter
minted
Rs
Rs
1.15
crores
on
Monday
this
week
(day
19/
third
Monday)
followed
by
a
collection
of
Rs
1.10
crores
yesterday
(day
20/
third
Tuesday)
which
took
the
overall
collections
of
the
movie
to
Rs
199.15
crores.
Given
the
trend,
Fighter
is
expected
to
have
a
steady
growth
and
mint
Rs
1
crore
today
(day
21/
third
Wednesday).
Interestingly,
it
will
be
crossing
the
Rs
200
crore
mark
as
well
ahead
of
its
fourth
week.
Meanwhile,
as
Hrithik
has
collaborated
with
Deepika
for
the
first
time
in
Fighter,
he
has
been
all
praises
for
the
actress.
Talking
to
ANI
he
said,
"With
Deepika,
it
became
really
easy
because
she
brings
realism
in
her
work,
so
I
was
consciously
just
bouncing
off
her
bat;
each
line
she
says
is
coming
from
a
deep
place,
and
I
could
tell
this
is
real,
and
if
I
don't
maintain
that
I
might
look
like
I
am
overdoing
things
so
I
had
to
make
sure
I
am
acting
that
frequency
and
thanks
to
her
every
scene
between
Patty
and
Minni
look
so
extremely
vulnerable,
extremely
endearing
and
very
very
real".
