Dil Dhadakne Do Trailer: Bollywood Celebrity Reactions
The trailer of Zoya Akhtar's much-awaited film Dil Dhadakne Do has been unveiled. The film features an ensemble cast of Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh, Shefali Shah, Anil Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar and tells the story of a dysfunctional Punjabi family on a cruise trip.
In the trailer, Kamal Mehra (Anil) and Neelam Mehra (Shefali) are seen worrying about their two children played by Ranveer and Priyanka.
Ranveer is sporting a clean shaven, suave look in the movie, which is a departure from his bearded looks in his previous films Gunday and Ram Leela. Anushka plays Ranveer's love interest, while Farhan is seen wooing Priyanka.
Dil Dhadakne Do is scheduled to hit theatres on June 5. Zoya's last film was 2011 road-trip, friendship tale Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. She had also directed a section in Bombay Talkies in 2013.
As soon as the trailer was out, several Bollywood celebrities watched it and soon started to tweet their opinion about the movie. Most of the celebs had only praises to sing and as every fan, celebrity started to talk about the kick-ass trailer of the movie, Dil Dhadakne Do trailer continued to trend on Twitter.
From the looks of it, the trailer may break records and Dil Dhadakne Do trailer may just become the highest viewed trailer of 2015.
