Veteran actor Dilip Kumar is one of the most loved celebs of B-town. Recently, the news of Dilip Kumar's ill-health had spread in the media like wildfire, with God's grace, he is better now. His lovely wife Saira Banu said in a statement "Dilip Sahab was admitted to Lilavati Hospital for treatment of high fever and chest infection on April 15 night. He was advised intravenous administration of antibiotics for speedy recovery."

The veteran actor suffered high fever and vomiting on Saturday morning following which he was rushed to the Lilavati hospital. Dilip Kumar was last seen in the film Qila in 1998. He was awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1994 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2015.
Actor Rishi Kapoor, who is very close to Dilip Saab, also took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter and shared his happiness over Dilip Saab's recovery. He wrote, "Yusuf uncle is well as we can see at the Leelavati Hospital with Sairaji. Happy Home Tidings!"
Dilip Kumar On Shahrukh Khan And Amitabh Bachchan:
In Filmfare interview, Dilip Kumar had talked about Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan and had said, "I believe Amitabh is an accomplished and complete actor. Shah Rukh is extremely popular I understand. I'm not aware whether they have copied me. Generally speaking, it becomes easy for a serious actor to take a reference from a work he has liked and build on it. It should not be termed as copying or imitating. That's what mimics do for a living."
