The Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sobhita Dhulipala starrer series The Night Manager 2 has broken a new record by emerging as the most watched series ever on all Hotstar Specials on Disney+ Hotstar based on the hours streamed in the first four days. It is the Hindi-language adaptation of John le Carré’s novel, The Night Manager, directed by Sandeep Modi and second director Priyanka Ghose. It also stars Tillotama Shome, Saswata Chatterjee, and Ravi Behl in pivotal roles. Sharing the news with her fans, actress Sobhita took to her Instagram page and dropped a video. Ranbir Kapoor on Thursday night jetted off to Italy to surprise his mom Neetu Kapoor. The actor was clicked at Mumbai airport last night, and before entering the airport premises, he requested the paparazzi not to picture him or take his videos as it would spoil his surprise for mom’s birthday. He is heard saying to the photographer, "Do minute camera rauk na," he requested. The actor added, "Kal na meri mom ka birthday hai toh mai jaaraha hu unko surprise dene ke liye. Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri’s The Vaccine War was earlier scheduled to release on August 15. But as per the latest report, Agnihotri is eyeing September 28, to release his upcoming movie, The Vaccine War. Interestingly, it will clash with Prabhas and Prashanth Neel's actioner Salaar, which is also set to release on the same day.

As per a new update, the official title and trailer for the upcoming pan-India sci-fi film Project K will be unveiled at the prestigious San Diego Comic-Con event, on July 19. Director Nag Ashwin will also be present at the event. Talking about it, he said, "We are thrilled to present Project K's debut at San Diego Comic-Con. India’s storytelling tradition has ancient roots, with its epics serving as the origins for many civilizations worldwide. A world as big as this needs a platform as big to introduce it to the people. It collected only Rs 2.7 crore and crossed the Rs 50 crore mark a day before completing its first week at the theatres. And now, after eight days of its box office run, the film’s total earnings stand at ₹52.9 crore.
