Throwback: Was Amrita Singh Annoyed By Daughter Sara Ali Khan And Stepmom Kareena Kapoor's Bonding?
Amrita Singh Kareena Kapoor: Yesteryear's actress Amrita Singh was considered among the top actresses of her time. She starred in many successful films such as Betaab, Mard, Aaina, Waris, and Naam, among others. Apart from her impeccable acting skills, Singh's personal life also grabbed eyeballs after she shocked her fans by marrying Saif Ali Khan, who was 13 years younger than her.
Although both actors' families were strongly against the marriage, they were so madly in love that despite all the opposition, Saif and Amrita got married and lived a beautiful life until their divorce. The ex-couple has two kids, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. Saif Ali Khan later married actress Kareena Kapoor, and ever since, everybody has been interested in knowing what their relationship is like.

Rumors were afloat in the past that Amrita Singh was annoyed by her daughter Sara Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor's bonding. However, it was not true. In an interview, Amrita herself said that those reports were made up because she herself made Sara attend Saif's second wedding with Kareena.
On the other hand, Sara had revealed in an older interview that it was her mom Amrita who played a significant role in strengthening the bond between Sara and Kareena. Talking about her relationship with Kareena Kapoor, Sara had said, "As far as our personal equation is concerned, I was clear from the beginning that anyone who makes my father happy - not specifically Kareena - makes me happy. Anyone, he loves, I love. I don't need to know who that person is. It's about my father."
"Having said that, Kareena and I became friends and have a healthy equation regardless of the fact that we've conducted ourselves with dignity. It's also easy for me to love and accept Kareena because I have a mom, who makes me feel everything's fine. She got me ready for my father's wedding with Kareena. So when you have a mother saying, 'Yeh earrings mat peheno, doosri chandbali peheno'... and if that's the vibe at home, then you're comfortable enough to take anything on," Sara shared.
In fact, Sara had admitted to being a huge fan of Kareena's K3G character Poo.
