Sanjay Dutt Sends Rose to Manyata From Jail

Every year Manyata Dutt celebrates her birthday on 22 July, but this year the star wife stayed away from any celebrations as her husband Sanjay Dutt is in the jail. It is said that Sanjay specially sent a red rose to his wife on her special day from the jail.

Sanjay Dutt is in the Yerawada Jail from past two months. Recently, the Supreme Court rejected his curative petition. A TADA court in Mumbai had sentenced him to imprisonment in 2006 under the Arms Act after finding him guilty of illegally possessing a pistol and a rifle.

Talking about Sanjay Dutt, a source told a leading daily, "One day Sanju saw a red rose blooming in the jail small garden, he plucked the rose as it was rare. He took it back to his cell, dried it in between pages of a book. He also wrote a beautiful love poem and sent it Manyata along with the rose."

Well, we think this is the best birthday gift Manyata could ever get!
