Empire
Awards
is

film
awards
to
be
voted
entirely
by
film
fans.
This
year,
the
awards
have
a
distinct
Indian
flavor
as
India"s
premier
director
and
writer
–Anurag
Kashyap,
known
for
his
edgy
and
iconic
film
productions,
is
the
special
guest
at
the
glitzy
high-profile
ceremony
in
London
on
March
23,
2012.
Anurag
Kashyap
hosted
the
first
ever
Jameson
Cult
Film
Club
party
in
Mumbai,
today
at
Trilogy
along
with
announcing
the
two
shortlisted
winners
of
the
Jameson
Done
in
Sixty
Seconds
contest.
Commenting
on
the
association
of
Jameson
Empire
Awards
with
Mr
Anurag
Kashyap,
Bikram

Empire
Award
is
an
accolade

by

industry.
The
readers
of
the
Empire
magazine
will
vote
for
the
awards
and
the
winners
will
be
awarded
in
an
annual
ceremony
-
the
Jameson
Empire
Awards
on
March
23,
2012
in
London.
The
first
awards
ceremony
was
held
on
1996,
to
honour
outstanding
film
achievements
of
the
1995
film
season.
The
most
recent
ceremony
was
held
at
Grosvenor
House
Hotel
on
March
27,
2011.
