Who said Priyanka Chopra was not invited: Karan Johar

Karan Johar turned 40 today. And his big birthday bash has been in news for quite sometime now, because of Priyanka Chopra's exclusion from the party. But Karan Johar says that he shares a very good professional relation with Priyanka Chopra.

Karan Johar in an interview to a leading daily said, “Who said PC wasn’t invited? I never commented. She has always been on this (guest list). I have had a very warm and wonderful professional equation with Priyanka. She is very much on the list.”

Karan Johar added, “We have worked together in Dostana (2008) and Agneepath (2012), two standing pieces that have done very well for us. So, there’s no reason why anything should change now or in the future.”

Karan and Priyanka had a fall-out when Priyanka's friend indirectly blamed Karan Johar for backbiting. After knowing this Karan Johar took to Twitter to vent out his anger and wrote that "Using their hired PR machinery and hiding behind so called "friends" to get news into tabloids is nothing but spineless and lame!!!"
