Anubhav Sinha, Vashu Bhagnani, Payal Rohatgi, Sangram Singh exposed in a sting operation

In a recent sting operation done by IBN, famous Bollywood biggies like Producers Vashu Bhagnai and Aneez Bazmi, director Anubhav Sinha and actors Payal Rohtagi Sangram Singh and Aarti Chhabria's parents were exposed. They all accepted on camera how they use black money in their films.

Anubhav Sinha who directed Shahrukh Khan's Ra.One clearly mentioned that it's easy to exploit the film industry to convert black money into white. The black money is used to cover unaccounted production costs, even under-the-table actor fees. Anubhav agreed to a deal with the undercover agent which involved only 25 per cent white money and the rest all black. Anubhav also assured that the name of the black money investor will be kept a secret.

Payal Rohatgi and Sangram Singh- Payal Rohatgi has done small roles in films like Corporate, Heyy Baby and 36 China Town. Her current boyfriend is a professional wrestler Sangram Singh, who will soon make his acting debut. When the undercover agent met both of them for a role in his film they agreed to be paid 30 lakhs each black money, but only 5 lakh each on paper.

Vashu Bhagnani is a famous Bollywood producer, who directed films like Coolie No 1, Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan, Do Knot Disturb and Faltu. Bhagnani said, "I have many ways to make black money white...but the person needs to be genuine. We should not get caught by income tax officials." Vashu Bhagnani offered the investor to buy the distribution rights of a film, paying mainly in cash or black money.

Anees Bazami and Rajeev Kaul - Anees Bazmee is the director of mega hits - No Entry, Singh is King and Ready; and Rajeev Kaul is the veteran writer and the man who scripted big hits like Dil, Beta, Welcome and Ready. Aneez and Rajeev exposed how corporate firms too are used by film makers to hide the black money. The first sell incomplete films to corporate firms, who then pay the film-maker by cheque. The film-maker shares these cheque payments with the investor of black money, thereby laundering their black money for them.

Aarti Chabbaria's Parents - Aarti Chabbaria was seen in films like Shootout at Lokhandwala, Partner and Shaadi No 1. When the undercover agent met Aarti's parents they said that they mostly take Aarti's payments half white - half black.
