Talking about the great sprinter, Farhan told a leading website in an interview that he was amazed by Milkha's spirit. Farhan added, "What I learned the most is the power of forgiveness. Milkhaji taught me that you couldn't move on in life with the baggage of negativity and ill will. You cant be the Flying Sikh with that entire burden. So, in a way the running is a metaphor for an unburdened spirit of forgiveness."
Directed by Rakesh Omprakash Mehra, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag has earned Rs 32.08 crores approximately in its very first weekend. The film is still going strong at the Box-Office. Bhaag Milkha Bhaag also stars Sonam Kapoor and Divya Dutta in the lead roles.
