Exclusive First Look: Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma In Bombay Velvet Song

First look of actors Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in the second song of the film Bombay Velvet is revealed. Second song 'Mohabbat Buri Bimari' will be unveiled soon.

In the first song 'Fifi', Anushka Sharma was seen lip syncing to the 'Jaata Kahaan Hain Diwane' from 1956 film CID which was originally picturized on Waheeda Rehman and sung by Geeta Dutt.

This second song, 'Mohabbat Buri Bimaari' will see Anushka Sharma as Rosie Noronha, jazz singer at the Bombay Velvet club. Sources from the industry say that Anushka has done an excellent work and the chemitsry between Ranbir and her is just awesome.

In the first look, Ranbir Kapoor is seen firing a gun. He plays a street-side boxer, Johnny Balraj. Anushka is seen wearing a jazz singer outfit.

Directed by Anurag Kashyap, Bombay Velvet is based on Gyan Prakash's book ‘Mumbai Fables' that explores Mumbai in the early 1950s and 1960s.

Karan Johar, Kay Kay Menon, Manish Chaudhary, Siddharth Basu and Remo Fernandes also feature in Bombay Velvet. The film which is produced by Phantom Films and Fox Star India will hit the theaters on May 15.
