Esha Deol Makes Her First Appearance After Announcing Divorce With Bharat Takhtani; Says, "Main Theek Ho"

Last month, there were reports that Esha Deol and her husband Bharat Takhtani are heading for a divorce. Earlier, this month, the couple confirmed the news and shared an official statement about the same. The statement read, "We have mutually & amicably decided to part ways. Through this shift in our lives, the best interests and welfare of our two children are and will be of utmost importance to us. We would appreciate it if our privacy is respected throughout. Thank you, Esha Deol & Bharat Takhtani."

After making her separation official, the actress has made her first public appearence. She was spotted at the airport this morning, and happily posedfor the paparazzi. When a photographer asked her, "Aap kaise ho? (How are ypu)" Esha smiled and replied, "Main theek ho. Aap kaise ho? (I am fine. How are you?)"

Esha and Bharat had tied the knot in 2012. They have parted ways after around 12 years of their marriage. The ex-couple has two kids Radhya and Miraya. While the former was born in 2017, the latter was born in 2019. Their love story started when they were in school. The two had met at an inter-school competition, and Esha in an interview had revealed that she had written her phone number on a tissue paper and given it to Bharat.

Well, their separation has surely shocked the actress' fans. Reportedly, while Hema Malini is supporting her daughter, Dharmendra is upset with divorce decision and wants her to rethink about it as the veteran actor feels that divorce affects the kids. However, neither Hema Malini nor Dharmendra has spoken about it.

On the work front, Esha was last seen in the series Hunter Tootega Nahi Todega. The series which also starred Sunil Shetty was premiered on Amazon mini tv. She currently has no films that have been officially announced.
