Killer Soup OTT Release & Platform: Known for helming projects like Ishqiya, Udta Punjab, and Sonchiriya among others, filmmaker Abhishek Chaubey is all set to entertain audiences with his upcoming directorial venture. Titled Killer Soup, the black comedy thriller stars Manoj Bajpayee and Konkona Sen Sharma in the lead roles.
Penned by Abhishek Chaubey, Killer Soup is said to be the 'most bizarre crime thriller of the year,' revolving around the characters Umesh (Manoj Bajpayee) and Swathi (Konkona Sen Sharma). The plot focuses on Swathi Shetty, an aspiring cook with a dream of having the world savor her soup. A solitary mishap sets off a series of incidents and desperate cover-up attempts, immersing her and her partner in trouble.

KILLER SOUP RELEASE DATE AND TIME
For those unaware, Killer Soup is all set to premiere on an OTT giant next week, on January 11. Also starring Nasser, Anula Navlekar Sayaji Shinde, Lal, Anbuthasan, and Kani Kusruti in pivotal roles, the much-awaited series is likely to premiere in the afternoon.

As reported earlier, the digital rights of Killer Soup have been acquired by the OTT giant Netflix, and the series is confirmed to stream on the platform from January 11 onwards.

Produced by Honey Trehan and Chetana Kowshik, Killer Soup is Netflix India's first original series of the year so far. As suggested by the trailer, the show takes its inspiration from a news headline in a 'very, very loose' manner. As per an official statement, the series narrates a swift sequence of events involving amateur villains, aspiring heroes, and those in-between in the fictional town of Mainjur.
