Brad Pitt impressed Angelina Jolie

London (ANI): Angelina Jolie has praised partner Brad Pitt for being a hero during her mother"s death. The Tomb Raider star recently revealed how Pitt helped her through the grief of losing her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, who died in January this year. The actress said that she was shattered after the tragedy, which also resulted in her rapid weight loss.

"Brad sat with me and held her hand. After, he spent the night asking me and my brother about our mum and got us to tell funny stories about her," the Mirror quoted her, as saying. "He focused on all the love and joy we were fortunate enough to have had. He was extraordinary," she added.

The 32-year-old also admitted that she was hoping to mend her relationship with her estranged father Jon Voight.
