Now, Liam Neeson will replace Gibson in the movie. "He doesn't understand why Mike Tyson, a drug user who turned his life around, was given a chance while Mel was kicked to the curb. Everybody deserves a second chance," the New York Post quoted a source close to Gibson, as saying.
Alan Nierob, the representative for Neeson, said in a statement that Neeson would replace Gibson in the part, "pending clearance of cast and crew background check".
