Kim Kardashian West broke the internet yet again! Well, the 34-year-old mother of North West did not go naked again, but dropped a major news which left every fan happy!

In last night's Keeping Up With The Kardashians' episode, the American reality TV star revealed in the sneak peek that she is finally pregnant with her second baby. In a sneak peek from the upcoming episode, Kim is seen telling sister, Khloe Kardashian, "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"
