Christina Ashten Kim Kardashian: Famous OnlyFans model Christina Ashten Gourkani, who resembled American socialite and TV personality Kim Kardashian, has died unexpectedly at the age of 34 on April 21. According to reports, her death may have been caused by complications arising from a plastic surgery procedure.
The tragic news about Christina's demise was shared by her family on Wednesday at a GoFundMe page that had been created by them for her funeral. Christina's funeral is scheduled for next week. The post said that they got a frantic call from one of her relatives last week saying that Christina was dying.
HOW DID CHRISTINA ASHTEN DIE?
Christina suffered a cardiac arrest, after which her health suddenly declined. She was rushed to the hospital, but she could not survive. Her family revealed to TMZ that Christina's death is being investigated as a potential homicide, stemming from a "medical procedure that took a turn for the worse."
Despite speculations about the nature of the procedure, the family has chosen not to disclose any further information at present.
In a statement, Christina's family said, "It is with deep sorrow and an immensely heavy broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate and unexpected passing of our beautiful beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani."
FUNDRAISING FOR CHRISTINA AUSTEN'S MEMORIAL SERVICE
A fundraising initiative on GoFundMe has the goal of raising $40,000 to pay for the expenses related to Christina's memorial service. Christina, who was also known as Ashten G, had a significant following on social media platforms such as OnlyFans and Instagram.
She had over 600,000 followers on Instagram when she passed away. Her physical resemblance to Kim Kardashian had garnered her global recognition among her followers.
By Thursday, the GoFundMe had raised $4552 of its $40,000 goal, for which the family has expressed gratitude for the support they have received. They also said, Gourkani "will forever be our guardian angel."
Ashten's family, friends, and fans have been devastated by her demise, and they all have come together to rally in support of the campaign to honour her. Gourkani went through multiple cosmetic surgeries, resulting in risks to her body that she was not aware of. As of now, which surgery she has been through this time and how it caused her death are not clear.
