Puneet in Amitabh Bachchan's seat, to host KBC Kannada

Powerstar Puneet Rajkumar, who has been entertaining Kannadigas on silver screen all these years, is now all set to make his small screen debut. The Kannada actor will be hosting the first ever edition of the Kannada version of Kaun Banega Crorepati, which is being hosted by Amitabh Bachchan in Hindi.

Yes, the Kannada edition will be aired from December 2011, which will be telecast on Suvarna channel. Puneet Rajkumar will be hosting the reality show and has recently met Amitabh Bachchan on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati.

The television show provides opportunities for the contestants to win Rs 1 crore and meet Puneet Rajkumar, says a source close to the actor. Meanwhile, the actor is busy shooting for his forthcoming movie Anna Bond.
