Charmy Kaur does item number in Puneet Rajkumar's Yaare Koogadali

Charmy Kaur is all set to do an item number in Kannada films. For the first time, the actress, who had acted in two Sandalwood movies before, is doing an item number in Kannada. Well, she will be doing the special song in Puneet Rajkumar's upcoming movie Yaare Koogadali.

The actress herself announced the news on Twitter. She wrote, "Flite to B'lore in 1 hr.. Shooting a special song in a Kannada film starring Mr Puneet Rajkumar, hope my Karnataka fans r happy vit dis news," Sources have said that Yogaraj Bhat has written the lyrics for which V Harikrishna has composed the tune.

Yaare Koogadali, which also features Bhavana and Yogish in the lead roles, is a remake of Tamil movie Porali. It is directed by Samuthirakani and produced by Raghavendra Rajkumar. The film has V Harikrishna's music and Sukumar's cinematography.

However, Charmy Kaur made her Sandalwood debut in Lava Kusa starring Shivaraj Kumar and Upendra in 2007. Recently, she was seen in Dev S/o Mudde Gowda directed by Indrajith Lankesh.
