Samuthirakani's learning Kannada

Samuthirakani is making his directorial debut in Sandalwood with Puneet Rajkumar starrer Yaare Koogadali. The director is remaking his successful movie Poraali in Kannada. The interesting part of the story is that he is learning the local language.

The buzz is that Samuthirakani is having a good time directing the Power Star's movie. The director is mingling well with the entire team and he is enjoying his stint in the Sandalwood. Well, it seems to have made him to learn the Kannada language, which could always come in handy when one in this industry.

In fact, Samuthirakani is seriously working on the language and he is putting his best efforts to learn. He is also getting help from Puneet Rajkumar and Yogesh. Meanwhile, the shooting of Yaare Koogadali is in brisk progress. The movie, which was launched on June 13, will hit the screens in November.

While Puneet Rajkumar is enacting the role played by Sasikumar in the original, Yogi has stepped into the shoes of Allari Naresh. Bhavana and Sindhu Lokanath are playing the female leads.
