Superstar Upendra, who was seen campaigning for Geetha Shivaraj Kumar, JDS contestant from Shimoga is all set to land in Mandya Lok Sabha constituency to campaign for Sandalwood Queen Ramya. The actress is testing her luck for the second time in Mandya, who is likely to get the star value for her election campaigning.

In the Shimoga campaign, Upendra had also revealed that he is there to support Geethakka, but not for any party. When Sandalwood's Mr Perfect was buzzed, whether he will campaign for Ramya, his immediate response was he will definitely do if she invites him. Talking about his political stand, Upendra said, "It is because of Shivanna, I have come here to campaign. I don't belong to any political party. I know both BS Yeddyurappa and HD Kumaraswamy very well. There is nothing wrong in joining politics."
