Bangalore based music director-composer Ricky Kej wins the 'Best New Age Album' award at 57th Grammy Awards. The proud fusion-composer had earlier composed super hit songs for Ramesh Arvind's movie, Accident. Ricky Kej has won Grammy Awards for his album 'Winds Of Samsara'-New Age Album.
Ricky teamed up with South African musician Wouter Kellerman for the album, which symbolises peace and harmony. The album which is inspired from both the countries (India & South Africa) also has a song, which is a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. The pictures of Ricky Kej with Grammy Award is going viral and the music director has received heart felt wishes from the industry.

Actor Ramesh Arvind who teamed up with Ricky for his earlier movie Accident, took it to Twitter and tweeted," The man behind" Baa Maleya Baa " Rickey kej gets Grammy. Congrats Ricky".
Another Indian artist Neela Vaswani also made the Indians proud, Neela won the trophy for the Best Children's Album category for "I Am Malala: How One Girl Stood Up For Education And Changed The World (Malala Yousafzai)". Vaswani also narrated few excerpts from the book.
