Aaraattu Annan Claims Bala Threatened YouTuber: Santhosh Varkey stated that he witnessed actor Bala visiting YouTuber Aju Alex's apartment and allegedly threatening his friend.
This statement was provided by Santhosh Varkey, also known as Aaraattu Annan, in conjunction with Aju Alex's complaint at the Thrikkakkara Police Station.
Santhosh Varkey has claimed he was locked up in a Hotel for multiple hours by Bala. Additionally, he alleged that Bala brandished a gun at Aju's flat. On the other hand, Bala countered by suggesting that Santhosh Varkey was spying on him. The actor asserted that he hadn't locked anyone up.
Recently, Santhosh Varkey made derogatory comments about actors, including Mohanlal. Following this, actor Bala took the initiative to have Santhosh Varkey apologise through a Facebook video addressing the matter.
Bala guided Santhosh Varkey through each mistake and secured his apology. After this, Santhosh Varkey acknowledged Bala positively on Facebook. Meanwhile, Aju Alex, running the YouTube channel "Chekuthan," created a vlog against Bala, addressing Santhosh's apology.
Strong Rebuttals: Case Filed Against Bala
Subsequently, a case was filed against Bala and his companions, who were present at the YouTuber's residence alongside Santhosh Varkey. The case is founded on an allegation of entering the flat and engaging in violent behaviour. Muhammad Abdul Khader, Aju Alex's friend and roommate, lodged a complaint with the Thrikkakkara police. In response, the Thrikkakkara police initiated legal proceedings against Bala and issued a notice summoning him to the station.
Aju was absent during the occurrence. Bala and three individuals associated with him are facing charges of home invasion, intimidation, and gang-related offences. According to the FIR, on Friday at 6 p.m., Bala and his associates trespassed and issued threats to the residents of the flat on Ginger Line Road, Thrikkakkara Unichira. This flat is where Aju and his friend reside.
Bala refuted the allegation, asserting that the complaint made against him was untrue. He clarified that he possesses complete video footage of the incident within the flat. Additionally, the actor shared a video clip on Facebook showing his conversation with Aju's friend inside the flat.
Bala informed the media that he visited the flat with the intention of advising Aju against using abusive vlogs and was accompanied by his wife, gym coach, and driver during this visit.
