Rashtram Story

Rashtram movie is about Maliekkal Thommy (Suresh Gopi), who is a rough and tough man, who doesn't like mincing words or blows. Guided by his own sense of fair play, Thommy runs rough shod over the malcontents in the society.

Maliekkal Ouseppachan (Madhu) who was a political leader whose dream was to make Kerala a better place. His childhood friends Chief Minister Janardhanan Kurup (Nedumudi Venu) and Saghav Gopalan (Thilakan) of the opposing party, also shares the same dream.

The Chief Minister passes away unexpectedly and the high command decides to make Ouseppachan the new Chief Minister. But Ouseppachan refuses the offer but put forward a request that his son Thommichan (Suresh Gopi) be made the Chief Minister. Thommichan does not believe in his father's Gandhian ideology. He uses his fists to get the job done and that is exactly how he ruled Kerala!.
