a
function
held
in
Thrissur
Elite
Hotel
on
Friday.
The
award
was
instituted
by
Abudhabi
Yuvakalasahidhi.
After
receiving
the
award,
Lalitha
expressed
her
desire
to
revamp
KPAC.
She
said
she
was
ready
to
keep
her
busy
work
aside
to
act
in
dramas
of
KPAC
for
the
purpose.
KPAC
Lalitha
joined
the
KPAC
in
earlier
days
of
her
career
and
she
was
given
the
character
name
Lalitha.
Later,
the
tag
KPAC
was
also
added
to
her
screen
name
when
she
joined
movies.
“It
was
my
dream
to
act
in
KPAC
dramas
and
I
prayed
Guruvayurappan
for
his
mercy
to
get
a
chance.
But
now,
I
could
understand
that
the
future
of
KPAC
is
not
hopeful,"
she
said.
The
Malayalam
actress
urged
KPAC
chairman
KE
Ismail
to
take
necessary
steps
to
restructure
the
KPAC
at
the
earliest.
She
appreciated
Priyanandhanan"s
works,
which
will
give
importance
to
female
characters
and
revealed
her
interest
to
act
in
his
films.
