Antichrist movie created waves in the industry even before the shooting had started due to its cast. The still-to-be started project was rumoured to cast Fahad Fazil, Prithviraj and Indrajith in lead roles. But, later it was reported that the movie got shelved after the producers of the movie backed out due to huge production cost. Double Barrel, which is Lijo's latest outing with the same cast is also rumoured to be shelved and that too for the same reason!

that
producer

Double
Barrel
that
the
production
cost
of
the
movie
will
amount
to
Rs
10
crores,
which
apparently
forced
the
producer
to
step
back
from
producing
the
movie!
The
producer
said
that
he
agreed
to
make
the
movie
due
to
the
presence
of
Prithviraj.
But,
when
he
heard
the
cost
of
production
for
the
movie,
he
has
been
forced
to
step
back.
The producer also said that he did not get a satellite amount as expected which has now forced him to quit from making the movie.
After this incident, a general complaint has been aroused from the producers as a whole that most of the directors do not finish off the shoot on the scheduled time. Instead, they drag it too long thus, making a loss for the producer. A recent Fahad Fazil movie was completed in 85 days when the actor had given him 35 days for it. Reports claim that not much amount will be obtained from satellite for their movies.
