Mammootty's Police Get-up Goes Viral!

Mammootty's first look, from the upcoming Nithin Renji Panicker movie, is out. The picture, in which Mammootty poses in a police get-up, has been going viral on social media.

He is one of the actors who have played the highest number of police roles in Malayalam. The actor is sporting a different look, with trimmed hair and thick mustache in the picture.

Interestingly, Mammootty's new police get-up looks similar to his look from the popular movie August 1, directed by Sibi Malayil. The title of the Nithin Renji Panicker movie is yet to be finalized.

Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, the popular actress, who is the daughter of actor Sarathkumar, essays the female lead. The movie is said to be an out-and-out thriller, with a touch of humour.

Nithin Panicker, himself, pens the script for the movie, which is produced by Nithin's father, writer-director Renji Panicker and Anto Joseph. Popular Tamil actor Sambath essays the antagonist.

The movie has started rolling in Bangarapet, Bangalore this week. Mammootty, who was advised rest for a few days, joined the sets of the movie today (February 17th, Wednesday).
