Actress Sada is not free from regrets though she looks cheerful all the time. She said that she had missed two golden opportunities to act with superstar Rajinikanth due to her film Anniyan with director Shankar,

The actress met the press at AVM studios yesterday during the shooting break of the film Leelai.

"When the film Leelai was launched, I was signed for the lady lead role. But Madhavan, the hero and my close friend advised me to reconsider this offer, as the character is a matured one. I have to appear as a mother of a 4-year-old child. So, I withdrew from the film. Some other heroine was supposed to do the role but she was sacked for some reason and the director approached me again. Now, there is a small change in my character. I'm playing the mother of a 4-year-old adopted boy," said the actress.

Asked about her long absence in Tamil cinema she said, "When I was acting in Shankar's Anniyan, I got a golden opportunity to act with superstar Rajini Sir in Chandramukhi. I refused the offer due to my commitment with Anniyan. I had allotted 120 days call sheet to the film. The Chandramukhi crew had approached me again when Simran withdrew from the project. That time too I couldn't accept the golden offer. Very recently, I got the chance to act with Bharat in Nepali, but due to my hectic schedule in Hindi and Malayalam films, I missed it too. I am lagging behind in Tamil because of these reasons.''

When asked about her favourite hero in the Industry, the actress replied immediately without any hesitation, "Though I maintain good friendship with all my heroes, Maddy, Ajith and Vikram are my favourite heroes. In fact, I have a sentimental relationship with Vikram. During the shooting of Anniyan, I used to call Vikram as 'Anna' (brother) and he called me as 'Thangachi' (sister). One day, director Shankar commented casually, 'how can I shoot a duet with this Anna and Thangachi?' I have great respect for Vikram. He is a sincere and hard working man. I know how much pain he has taken for Anniyan."

"I have no faith in glamour roles. I'm not the right person to run this kind of leather exhibition. And I don't want to do item songs too. Many have written about my marriage and other personal affairs without consulting me. I don't have any faith in love before marriage," she added. She also said that she don't believe in fan clubs.
