Sathyaraj
is
keen
on
acting
in
more
meaningful
roles
for
the
remainder
of
his
career.
He
is
once
again
donning
the
role
of
a
real
life
character
in
his
latest
film
titled
Vambu
Sandai.
He

rumoured
to
be
doing
the

"In
Vambu
Sandai,
I'm
playing
the
character
of
an
honest
election
commissioner
who
wants
to
cleanse
the
system
and
bring
about
dignity
and
accountability
to
the
election
process.
It
is
not
based
on
any
real
life
incident.
In
future
too,
I
will
keep
doing
some
meaningful
characters
like
this.
I'm
playing
the
role
of
an
ordinary,
suffering
farmer
in
a
remote
village
in
Thankar's
Onbathu
Roobhai
Nottu.
"
The
film
has
Telugu
actor
Uday
Kiran
and
Diya
in
the
romantic
lead,

remixed
the
popular
MGR
message
song
from
Kudirunthu
Kovil,
'Naan
Yaar,
Naan
Yaar….'
which
will
be
picturised
on
Sathyaraj,
who
is
an
ardent
fan
of
MGR.
