Following
a
complaint
filed
by
producer
Oscar
Ravichandran
with
the
Tamil
Film
Producers
Association
that
Surya
is
not
co-operating
with
his
multi-crore
project
Vaaranam
Aayiram,
the
council
will
assemble
under
the
leadership
of
its
President
Rama
Narayanan
today
to
settle
the
issue.
The
issue
looks
ugly
from
the
outset
but
actor
Surya
has
the
will
to
do
both
Vel
and
Vaaranam
Aayiram.
The
actor
has
spelled
out
his
version
of
the
latest
development
and
his
stand
on
the
issue.
"Vaaranam
Aayiram
is
one
of
my
dream
projects.
I
never
tried
to
sideline
it.
I
went
on
to
do
Hari's
Vel
only
after
discussing
with
the
director
of
Vaaranam
Aayiram.
He
accepted
completing
Vel
first.
To
me
Vaaranam
Aayiram
is
an
important
project.
The
director
of
the
film
wanted
lots
of
time
while
Hari
promised
to
complete
his
film
within
75
days.
After
Vel,
I
will
take
up
Vaaranam
Aayiram
and
give
all
my
call
sheets
to
it.
At
any
cost,
I
will
do
the
project
and
keep
my
word," said
Surya.
The
actor
has
also
decided
to
explain
his
position
and
place
a
letter
to
the
producers
at
the
negotiation
meet
to
be
held
today
at
the
Film
Chamber.
