Trisha Will Be Honoured In SIIMA 2013

Kollywood queen Trisha Krishnan, will be honoured in South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2013.

Latest buzz says that Trisha will be honoured for her contribution to South Indian cinema for a decade long career. The event is scheduled to take place in UAE, on September 12 and 13.

Trisha thanked SIIMA for the honour and tweeted, "Thank u so much SIIMA fr bestowing this honour upon me. Lookin fwd to sharing 'Ten yrs of excellence in cinema' with u. Thank u all for ur wonderful wishes. So happy to read each n every one. Blessed!"

The actress was first seen in Tamil movie Jodi, in which she played Simran's friend role. Trisha turned to be a full-time heroine from Mounam Pesiyade, which released in 2002. She was paired opposite Surya Sivakumar.

Trisha has given many Blockbusters in Tamil industry, which includes, Saamy, Ghilli, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, Aadavari Matalaku Arthale Verule and Tirupachi. She is noted for her performance in Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa where she was seen opposite Silambarasan aka Simbu.

She was last seen with Action Star Vishal Krishna in Samar, which was released in January 2013. The Pretty actress is awaiting the release of Boologam, Endrendrum Punnagai and Rambha Urvasi Menaka in upcoming days.
