The
latest
report
on
Ilayathalapathy
Vijay's
Puli
is
that
the
team
is
planning
to
release
the
movie
in
July
this
year.
It
is
also
said
that
the
audio
of
this
highly
anticipated
movie
might
hit
stores
on
May.
Earlier
it
was
speculated
that
Puli
will
be
released
for
this
year's
Diwali
but
looks
like
the
makers
of
this
film
are
eager
to
release
Puli
from
its
cage
as
soon
as
possible.
Sources
close
to
the
project
have
also
revealed
that
the
entire
crew
will
head
for
Kerala
very
soon
to
shoot
some
important
sequences
in
God's
own
country.
The
shooting
there
is
expected
to
go
on
for
20
days.
Since
Puli
is
a
fantasy
entertainer,
the
makers
are
keen
to
serve
up
a
visually
perfect
film
and
hence
it
is
said
that
the
CG
work
for
a
particular
portion
would
require
at
least
four
to
five
months.
This
contradicts
with
their
idea
of
releasing
the
film
in
July
and
hence
it
is
predicted
that
the
movie
might
be
postponed
for
a
couple
of
months
from
the
initially
scheduled
release
date.
Post
the
Kerala
schedule,
the
team
is
expected
to
return
to
Thalakonam
where
some
prominent
scenes
were
shot
earlier
that
included
Vijay
and
Thambi
Ramaiah.
The
team
will
then
head
to
Punjab
to
can
a
part
of
the
all
important
climax
portion
before
heading
back
to
Chennai
where
the
climax
portion
will
be
completed.
Labelled
as
a
high
budget
film,
Puli
has
created
huge
excitement
and
anticipation
among
Vijay
fans.
It
will
also
be
interesting
to
see
Vijay's
choice
of
selecting
his
script
post
back
to
back
hit
films
such
as
Thuppakki
and
Kaththi.
